Return & Refund Policy

Changes

 For CHANGE (non-defective product) you will be charged the return costs and the costs of the new shipment .
Greece: 5-8€ if you use ACS service, which we cooperate (you’ll have to send the package on our own charge and then we’ll deduct the fee from your returning amount).In case your purchase is greater than 50 € you are only charged the return costs (3-5 €).
International: Return postage cost must be covered direct by the customer.

The time limit of change expires after 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party acting at your instruction, other than the carrier, acquire the physical possession of or control over the products.
*Sun glasses cannot be returned.
*Some products in special offers or clearances may have been marked as ‘non-refundable’ and the above does not apply.
**Note that returns will be applied at product’s current price (price of the return day).

 
Return

 If you are dealing as a consumer, you may cancel the Contract within 5 calendar days without reason. The cooling-off period expires after 5 calendar days from the day you or a third party acting at your instruction, other than the carrier, acquire the physical possession of or control over the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you have to :
-Complete the returning form
-Send us all product’s accompanying documents
*In case of an order out of Greece you can send us an email at sales@metallofashion.com.

Our company will refund the payment we have received from you by bank transfer, after deducting the return costs.
Greece: 3-5€ if you use ACS service, which we cooperate (you’ll have to send the package on our own charge and then we’ll deduct the fee from your returning amount).In case your purchase is over 50 € and you were not charged shipping, your shipping / return costs will be deducted (5-8 €).
International:Return postage cost must be covered direct by the customer.

In any case, you will not be charged any additional costs for this return except the shipping costs. Shipping costs you may have paid are non-refundable. The credit is made without delay, usually in 2-3 days and in any case within 7 days from the day of receipt of the products to be returned.Our company will refund the payment we have received from you by bank transfer, after deducting the return costs .Shipping costs you may have paid are non-refundable.

You will be instructed to return and deliver the products to us.

Prerequisites for exercising the right of withdrawal are:

  • The product has not been used.
  • Do not remove any label or markings (eg stickers, brand marking, etc.) on the products.

All items should be returned in excellent condition received without damage, without any defects (subject to the return of the defective product), complete in their packaging (for items received in special packaging), while still accompanied by all the necessary documents.


EXCEPTION

Sunglasses and some products in special offers or clearances may have been marked as ‘non-refundable’ and the above does not apply.

RETURN POLICY OR/ AND REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

 Our company takes every possible measure to ensure that all products (regardless of type) are packed specifically and carefully in order to reach you without damage. In very rare cases, however, it is possible that some of these products may have been damaged during shipment to you or you may receive a product with a defect. For this reason, irrespective of your right to cancel the Contract as above, which is not affected, we invite you to check the products upon receipt.

When you receive the product without expressing any specific reservation, it means that you have unconditionally received the product from us. However, if you ascertain any damage/s and / or a defect in the product,  then you can inform us , no later than five (7) days of receipt, by contacting by phone at 2721097732 or e-mail at sales@metallofashion.com, stating to us whether you wish to have it replaced with a new one or you wish to rescind. If you wish to receive a new product in replacement, the new product will be sent at no additional charge.

 If the product you received is proven defective by the manufacturer, then: for clothes, shoes, apparel accessories you may request their replacement with the same or another product of your liking and/or the issue of a credit note, or a refund without interest of the payment where the product you want to replace is not available, provided you will send the relevant electronic order no later than five (5) days of receipt.
